Paul Marchant Resigns As CEO Of Primark

Paul Marchant, CEO of the fast-fashion brand Primark, has officially stepped down following the initiation of an investigation into his behavior toward a woman in a social setting. Marchant had served as CEO since 2009.

Eoin Tonge, Finance Director of Associated British Foods, has been appointed as interim CEO of Primark. Associated British Foods is the parent company of Primark.
