Prada Buys Versace For $1.4 Billion

Prada, the renowned Italian luxury fashion house, has acquired Versace from Capri Holdings, a U.S.-based luxury group, in a deal valued at $1.4 billion. Capri Holdings had owned Versace since 2018.

Capri Holdings also owns other prominent fashion brands, including Michael Kors and Jimmy Choo.
